The Innovative Creative Workspace at L’Oréal Polska in Warsaw is a cutting-edge facility aimed at enhancing the company's digital footprint and boosting customer interaction. This modern office environment offers comfortable workspaces and is designed to support remote work and video conferencing. It also features capabilities for hosting workshops, training sessions, and both formal and informal meetings, complete with recording options.

Founded in 1909 by Eugène Schueller, L’Oréal has evolved into a global leader in cosmetics, operating in more than 130 countries. The Polish branch started in 1992, and in 2019, L’Oréal moved its headquarters to Warsaw Breweries. Five years later, the new Innovative Creative Workspace was inaugurated at the same site.
The goal of the project was to develop a versatile area for meetings, training, and hybrid conferences. The workspace is equipped with a comprehensive video conferencing system featuring Barco ClickShare, a 21:9 display, high-quality audio and video recording tools, and an advanced sound system.
The INOGENI TOGGLE ROOMS switches are essential for correctly displaying panoramic images in L’Oréal Polska's Innovative Creative Workspace. These switches enable the transmission of signals from HDMI ports in a 21:9 format, automating the signal-switching process to show the most recently connected source on the main monitors, whether it’s USB-C or HDMI.

To facilitate easy connections for audio and visual sources regardless of room setup, the AV system designer created floor boxes equipped with power outlets and necessary ports. To ensure high-resolution signals can be transmitted without limitations, the INOGENI switches are strategically located near the floor boxes, minimising distance. Fiber optic cables connect the switches to the monitors, allowing for effective signal transmission over long distances, while high-quality 8K60Hz USB-C cables link to laptops without distance restrictions.
L’Oréal Polska's Innovative Creative Workspace in Warsaw stands out with its cutting-edge technology and intuitive signal display system. The collaboration among the involved AV companies has created a space that fosters creativity and seamlessly blends aesthetics with functionality.
